Event Captain/Shift Manager

The Event Captain/Shift Manager is responsible for the performance and operations of an event.  This includes managing team members through setup and breakdown of an event site, customer service, food service, maintaining all health/safety requirements, revenue management and any other tasks as required by the event.  This is a HANDS-ON position.  

 
Requirements:

  • MUST be available on weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Own a vehicle for transportation
Preferred but not required:
  • Catering /restaurant/event experience
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Love BBQ
